A Location object has three 'last_updated' fields:

  • Connector level
  • EVSE level
  • Location level

This is outlined in the picture below.

In most cases, the Connector last_updated date is the oldest and can remain unchanged for a long time.
The EVSE and Location last_modified are updated quite frequently as they react to the EVSE Status and therefore any charging cycles.

Last updates on in EvPortal

The Last updated timestamp in the EvPortal relates to input from Users via the EvPortal or APIs.
It is NOT updated when e.g. the status changes due to charging cycles.
